At Affifa, we strive to offer a simple and transparent shopping experience. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we gladly provide exchanges within 7 days of delivery, ensuring our customers are always satisfied with their purchase.
Exchange Policy (For Indian Orders Only)
If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may request an exchange by emailing us at info@affifa.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Important:

This facility is available only within India.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original packaging, including tags, boxes, and bags.

Exchange is allowed once per order only.

Products will be exchanged only after they pass our quality check.

If a product is found damaged, incomplete, or altered, the exchange will be rejected and sent back.

Reverse Pickup:

We arrange reverse pickups for select pincodes within 7–10 working days of receiving your request.

Please securely pack your return. A parcel video is strongly recommended to avoid disputes for damages during transit.
Note: If your product does not qualify for an exchange upon inspection, it will be returned to you. Repeated attempts to return unqualified products may result in blacklisting for future purchases.
Important Notes

COD Refusals: Repeated refusal of COD parcels may lead to removal of COD privileges.

Gifts: If you received a product as a gift, the original purchaser must initiate the exchange.

Sale Items: Items purchased under sale, discount, or offer are not eligible for exchange unless there's a mismatch or damage.

Processing Time: Exchange processing may take 10–15 working days after we receive the returned item.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, in special cases (e.g., unavailability, defects), store credit may be issued:

Store credits are valid for 1 year.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the credit value once your item passes quality check.

International Orders

Order Cancellation by Affifa
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of:

Suspicious/fraudulent activity
If a prepaid order is canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
