Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders of ₹4,999 and above, applicable within Kolkata only.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes-
Affifa is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.

All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs and import duties).

Affifa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive your order in damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.

Keep all packaging materials and damaged items to support your claim.

7. Delays & Exceptions-
Delivery delays may occur due to force majeure events such as weather disruptions, political disturbances, or courier backlogs.
