  • "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Website.

  • "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • "Service" refers to the Website (www.affifa.com).

  • "You" refers to the individual accessing the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing the Service.

2. Domestic Shipping Policy (India)
Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays, unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.

  • During high volume periods, shipping may be delayed slightly. We will notify you of any significant delay via email or phone.

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available for orders of ₹4,999 and above, applicable within Kolkata only.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • Affifa is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.

  • All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs and import duties).

5. Damages & Claims
  • Affifa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive your order in damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.

  • Keep all packaging materials and damaged items to support your claim.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Affifa primarily serves customers within India. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us directly at info@affifa.com for custom support.

7. Delays & Exceptions
  • Delivery delays may occur due to force majeure events such as weather disruptions, political disturbances, or courier backlogs.

  • We will update you in case the delay extends beyond 2 weeks of the standard estimated delivery window.
